Dr. Eliot Sherman will discuss a primary cause of the gender wage gap and how it may be addressed. Dr. Eliot Sherman is an assistant professor at London Business School. His research focuses on gender inequality in the workplace, with an emphasis on testing plausible organizational solutions. His work has appeared, or is forthcoming, in the American Journal of Sociology, Organization Science, and Management Science. He is actively seeking firms with which to collaborate on research.
