I Avoided Amputation With A Second Opinion | Duke's Story
Duke's vascular specialist told him he didn't make as much money performing an angiogram or bypass as with amputation so why delay the inevitable? Duke's idea of a good quality of life meant doing everything in his power to keep his legs, even if that meant getting plaque cleaned out of his arteries once a year.
