In our opinion, Black Canyon of the Gunnison is best viewed in the golden hours near sunrise and sunset. And of course, it's best known for its dark sky rating making it an amazing place for star gazing!

Stay at the South Rim Campground, but make sure you make a reservation plenty early, or you'll be stuck moving three times in three days like us 😢 😎
