Desi Ghee Atta Pinni Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 bowl desi ghee
• 2 bowl wheat flour (atta)
• 2 bowl bura sugar (powdered jaggery or sugar)
• 1 bowl almonds (badam)
• 1 bowl cashews (kaju)
• 1/2 bowlraisins (kishmish)
Steps:
1. Roast Dry Fruits:
• Heat 1 bowl desi ghee in a pan.
• Add almonds and roast them until aromatic.
• Add cashews and roast until golden brown.
• Take them out and let them cool. Once cooled, grind them into a coarse powder.
2. Roast Flour:
• In the same pan, add wheat flour to the remaining ghee.
• Roast it on low flame, stirring continuously, until the flour turns golden brown and gives a nutty aroma.
3. Combine Ingredients:
• Once the flour is roasted, turn off the heat.
• Add bura sugar, the ground dry fruits, and raisins to the pan.
• Mix everything thoroughly while the mixture is still warm.
4. Shape the Pinni:
• Let the mixture cool slightly, then shape it into small balls (laddoos).
• If you prefer, you can store the mixture as is and scoop it when needed.
