Russia and Ukraine exchanged almost 300 prisoners of war on Wednesday as a result of Türkiye's mediation. Five of the released fighters were brought to Türkiye instead of Ukraine. Tarik Oguzlu from Istanbul Aydin University talks to TRT World about the terms of the deal and how they was carried out.
