Gilan weekly markets are always attractive for travelers. In these weekly markets, mostly farmers from the surrounding villages sell their livestock and agricultural products. There are scenes in this market that can not be seen anywhere in the country.

From handicrafts, chicken, duck and goose to migratory birds that are hunted by fishermen, etc. are sold in the weekly markets. Another attraction of this market is self-sufficient women who sell their products themselves. The direct presence of women in the economic arena in this way is less seen in other parts of the country.

Sam Friday Bazaar in Rasht, the capital of Gilan province, is one of these weekly markets that has Peruvian customers on Friday mornings.




بازارهای هفتگی گیلان  همواره برای مسافران جذاب است. در این بازارهای هفتگی عمدتا کشاورزان روستاهای اطراف، محصولات دامی و کشاورزی خود را در معرض فروش می گذارند. صحنه هایی در این بازار دیده می شود که در هیچ جای کشور قابل دیدن نیست.
از بافته های صنایع دستی، مرغ و اردک و غاز تا پرنده های مهاجر که شکار صیادان شده و ... در بازارهای هفتگی بفروش می رسند. از دیگر دیدنیهای این بازار زنان خودکفایی هستند که خود تولیداتشان را بفروش می رسانند. حضور مستقیم زنان در عرصه اقتصادی به این شکل نیز در دیگر نقاط کشور کمتر دیده                   می شود.
جمعه بازار سام در رشت مرکز استان گیلان، یکی از همین بازارهای هفتگی است که صبح های جمعه مشتریان پرو پاقرصی دارد.
