This is a variation of the push-through shuffle that I learned from Steve Drauns - Secrets Draun From Underground book (along with his triple cut finish). It's completely false retaining the entire deck in it's original order.

The triple cut helps hide the sidejogged packet - compare the first shuffle where it flashes compared to the second shuffle/cuts.
