Post Malone Bruises Ribs After Falling Through Hole on Stage
Musician Post Malone suffered bruised ribs after falling through a hole on stage while performing at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri, on September 17, according to his manager.
This video from Tana Meyer shows the moment Malone fell and screamed in pain, and venue staff coming to his aid.
According to Meyer, Malone “took a 10-minute break then came back out to finish the show.”
In a post on Instagram Malone’s manager, Dre London, said the musician finished the show and then went to a hospital, where he underwent X-rays and was told he had bruised ribs.
Malone later recorded a video message in which he apologized to those who had attended the show and thanked them for their patience. He pledged to do an extended performance the next time he was in St. Louis to make up for the interruption. “Thanks for hanging around, even though I got my a** kicked by myself,” Malone said. He added that doctors had provided him with pain medication and cleared him to continue the tour
