Converted the Neo from Main-sheet traveler at rear to centre bridle. I think it is better and the big advantage is you can mount a camera on the tiller without fear of getting it ripped off by the transom/sheet.
Fairly light winds today - maybe 10-12 knots. Winter time but the sun makes all the difference.
Neo is a great training boat - fast to rig - 10 mins flat - the carbon spars weigh next to nothing.
If you do capsize then getting back in is a breeze - I find just clambering over the stern easiest.
Fun and stable on the reach.
Easy to launch and retrieve - because it is plastic then you can just lift it up a little at the boat ramp in the water, pull it forward a little while lifting and then let it down gently to rest the bow end of the centre runner on the boat ramp and then park/retrieve the trailer. You wouldn't do that with a glass/epoxy boat.
