A 14-year-old boy has appeared in court in Georgia, charged with killing four people after allegedly using a semiautomatic assault-style rifle to conduct a shooting at a high school.
Colt Gray is accused of killing two students and two teachers at Apalachee High School.
Nine people were wounded during the attack in Winder, just outside Atlanta.
Gray's father was arrested on Thursday for allowing his son to have a weapon.
Colt Gray's lawyer declined to seek bail; he and his father remain in jail pending further hearings.
