This evening I wanted a few moments to unwind before heading back to real life - it hasn't exactly been taxing but it has been a busy day in the workshop. Join me as I tidy up and begin to run the model railway without any sound - and reflect on the joy that such an experience can bring - along with the headspace, very much needed.
