After receiving some great feedback in Reddit for this, we wanted to share it with a wider audience. E-Bike motors vary, and most do not allow you to spin the front chain ring backwards. For this reason it was usually a two man job to lube or clean the chains. One would lift and turn the grand forward, while the other carried out the work. With this neat little tip, you can very easily apply lube as you would normally. Watch as we use our Haibike All MTN 6 to demonstrate this method. Hopefully it will help you and save you some time.
