Hello
Welcome back to our channel.
In the previous video we told you that plitvice was our last stop in Croatia. And now heading back to Zurich. But it’s a long drive so we stayed for a night in Austria.
In the morning we left for Zurich. It’s again a long drive so we stopped in Slovenia for sightseeing and lunch break. Here in Slovenia we visited Postojna Cave. It is one of the largest and most famous cave systems in the world, located in southwestern Slovenia. It stretches over 24 kms and is known for its stunning formations of stalactites, stalagmites, and unique subterranean features, the cave is part of a larger network of limestone caverns that have been carved out by the Pivka River over millions of years. Join us as we explore its underground train, fascinating history, and the rare creatures like the olm that call this cave home.
I would like to give some tips. First is dress warmly as the cave’s temperature is around 8-10°C (46-50°F) year-round. Secondly wear comfortable shoes as the tour involves walking through damp and uneven surfaces.Lastly book tickets in advance as this cave is a popular tourist attraction, so booking tickets online will help you avoid long lines.
I hope you enjoyed watching our video. Please don’t forget to like, comment, share and subscribe. Thankyou !
