Depending on your build and tune Try nos in 4th and try 5th and see what works better for you,
get this up to stage 5 and use this shift pattern and it should destroy your dyno time. if you dont know how to tune your car here are a couple of links to my videos that will teach you

Here is a video on how to get a great tune on your CSR2 cars. your tune will change as you add and remove parts from you car so you cant just copy other peoples tunes
if you want your car to run right unless you have the same exact parts installed as they do.
