This video clip is from Cathe's Thursday, June 8th "High Step Legs and Core" live workout and is our 153rd live broadcast.This high intensity leg workout uses both the high step and standing leg work in a sequence that keeps the heart rate high and the muscles "work work-ing". We'll end with quick but challenging ab work.
Equipment needed:
A high step with three risers under the platform
10, 12 & 15 pound dumbbells
A barbell with two big plates on each side but we will start the workout with one big plate on each side. For reference each plate is approximately 10 pounds and the barbell is approximately 3 to 5 pounds.
