A new proposed EU asylum agency will be vital in helping to manage the refugee crisis, but will require solidarity among EU Member States, says the EPP Group’s Carlos Coelho, Shadow Rapporteur of legislation for the agency. The EU also needs a new Dublin process to handle the large flows of migrants, Coelho tells the EPPTV talk show People First.
