Lokambika Temple is situated on a gigantic rock called Kalipara (word means :- Kali,a Hindu goddess associated with empowerment, and Para means rock) located approx 3-4 kilometers from Neyyar Dam and 31km from thiruvananthapuram city . This temple is truly an unexplored gem for travellers. Local people are offering prayer thereto but the potential of this place is yet to be excavated.
