Russia is accusing the US of adding fuel to fire with plans to send advanced weapons to Ukraine. Moscow warned that the move would increase the risk of a direct confrontation with Washington. US President Joe Biden has promised to supply Kyiv with more precision rocket systems and ammunition. But he maintained that the US is not encouraging Ukraine to strike beyond its borders.
