Today, I found a really nice bone-in ribeye for sale in the grocery store I like to visit, so I just got them and made dinner for my wife and I! I used the reverse searing method to cook it to the doneness I enjoy.
I personally really enjoy having big steaks with different garnishes and sauces to keep the big meal interesting. So, I paired it with bone marrow butter, chimichurri and peppercorn sauce!
It was a very satisfying dinner and I am glad I got to share it with you guys :)
