Catching silver carp at Lake Barkley Dam. Invasive silver carp fishing. Attempting to catch striper on Lake Barkley Dam but only catching an invasive carp. Part 2 is canning the filets and making fish salad and fish cakes that are excellent on the table. The process makes the bones soft so no need to be concerned about them.
