This is our Barista Training / Class reference material. To answer the question: HOW DO YOU KNOW GOOD, BAD, EXPIRED COFFEE BEANS?
This is a good way to check, test if your coffee beans is still good.
Very important to:
1. Get roughly the same dosage in weight or volume , in this video it is 14 grams
2. Get roughly the same extraction time
Equipment used:
- Espresso Machine: CBC Royal Synchro T2 with Bottomless / Naked Portafilter upgrade
- Coffee: ESSSE Selezion Espresso Italiano under Caffe Essse
