Women rights activists have decried that inclusivity of women has not been achieved despite the Maputo protocol celebrating its 20th anniversary. They noted that gender gaps between men and women, girls and boys still exist with disparity in political empowerment topping the list despite great efforts to promote inclusivity and prosperous economies and societies.
