Observers are hailing a peace deal that aims to end five months of ethnic conflict in South Sudan. President Salva Kiir and his rival and former deputy, rebel leader Riek Machar, held direct talks in the Ethiopean Capital, Addis Ababa. They agreed to end hostilities, form a transitional government, and provide immediate relief for the victims of the conflict that's left thousands of people dead.
