When you call GSC, plan members can create a Voice ID. This technology securely verifies a plan member’s identity by the sound of their voice (like a fingerprint), meaning they can skip over those personal verification questions. In less than a minute, a Voice ID is ready to go the next time a plan member call.
Voice ID is just one of the ways GSC is creating a fast and easy experience for our plan members.
