Limbu dish Yangben/झ्याउ cooked in pig blood with edible lichen, a typical dish found only in Nepal
Yangben is typical Limbu cousin which is cooked with blood of a pig and edible lichen( झ्याउ). The edible Lichen extracted from branches of old khechingse (chestnut) or wasama (older) trees of high mountain.
This typical limbu dish "Yangben" is found only in Limbu ethnic group of Nepal.
