creamy vanilla cashew milk that I make for my matcha and also so good just to drink on its own 🤍 I love this recipe since many milk substitutes at the store have added refined/artificial sweeteners, oils, and thickeners
1.5 cups cashews (soaked overnight then drained & rinsed)
6 cups water
1/4 cup unsweetened canned coconut cream
2-4 pitted dates (more if you prefer sweeter)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pink salt
blend for 2-3 mins on high speed until frothy
