Yes, you can pursue other visa filings concurrently with your EB-1A petition. The EB-1A category is an employment-based immigrant visa that's designed for individuals with extraordinary abilities in their respective fields.

If your employer has already filed for an EB2 or EB3, it doesn't affect your EB1A petition or vice versa. EB2 or EB3 is sponsored by your employer whereas EB1A is self-petitioned. Your employer does not necessarily need to know that you've applied for an EB1A green card as well.
