Pandemic forced workplace communities to dissolve their offices and use technology in new ways for collaboration, as well as for customer and audience engagement. Brett Schneider, senior director of brand partnerships at @Complex Networks, asked three executives how they will reimagine “community” as a result of COVID-19. Cay Young, VP of corporate sponsorships for the @TheLosAngelesSparks , Rachel Shapiro, SVP of marketing strategy at Complex Networks, and Laura Petro, senior manager of strategic marketing at @OnePeloton, described the business practices and behaviors they envision redefining in-person experiences going forward.
