(28 Nov 2017) High ranking officials from Belgium and Luxembourg visited an EU-run military base in Mali on Tuesday.
Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel and Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel arrived at the Koulikoro base some 60 kilometres (37 miles) from the Malian capital, Bamako.
More than 20 EU countries are participating in the European training mission in Mali (EUTM), with up to 500 servicemen training Malian troops.
