20 MIN Full Body AMRAP Workout - HIIT Home Workout, No Equipment
Get ready for Full Body AMRAP Workout! You and I like AMRAP more and more. So I have decided to make a special video specially for you to celebrate this fantastic time of the year. You can do this AMRAP workout at home or the gym.
What AMRAP means? AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout. During those 5 minutes you will have 4 different exercises. You are going to perform 8 reps of each exercise. And you need to get through as many rounds as possible within 5 minutes.
☝ WORKOUT TIPS
Everyone performs this workout at their own pace. The main thing is to keep the number of reps "8" and not to pause between exercises, 5 minutes without stopping.
