Back to the Bottle but not for whiskey - this is the FourSquare Sagacity 12 yr single blended Rum

I don't know much about rum but this has been a delicious bottle to learn from. It's partially distilled in pot stills and partially distilled in column stills and then blended together. Some was aged in ex-bourbon barrels and some in ex-madeira barrels and it all comes together as Sagacity.

It's really good and I'm glad I have it but luckily, the bug for rum didn't grab hold so I don't know that I'll end up will bottles in the bunker but I'm sure I'll buy a bottle from time to time.
