The project is developed by GLS Infra which has 2 projects near possession Arawali Homes and Avenue 51 in Sector 92. They are also coming up with extension of Arawali homes with exclusive 3 BHK apartments and another project on Dwarka Expressway. The directors of the company also have a controlling stake in other realty firms Pivotal Infrastructure and Arete India.
The project is expected to hand over possession by February 2020 and will provide shuttle service till HUDA City Centre for its resident. Once Sohna Road corridor and Badshahpur flyover is complete, the travel time to Rajiv Chowk, Gurgaon will come down considerably to under 20 minutes.
