Tuition and enrichment centres are allowed to reopen for physical lessons when phase two of Singapore's reopening begins on June 19. However, some have chosen to continue with online lessons, citing lack of manpower, logistical challenges, as well as to cater to those who are worried about the COVID-19 risks.
