Ingredients:
2 one pound grey mullet fish
neutral oil and salt for rubbing
lemon for finishing and garnishing
The marinade:
1/2 a bunch of fresh cilantro
1/4 a bunch of fresh dill
5 sticks of celery leaves
1 yellow or red bell pepper
1 hot chili pepper (optional)
1 tomato
4 Large garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp corriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp olive oil
The filling:
1 medium onion
1 small green bell pepper
1 large carrot
