Low-Fat Beef Lasagna & Pasta Bake (2-in-1)
Ingredients:
• 500g low-fat ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 300ml basil tomato sauce
• 80g low-fat cottage cheese
• 50g high-protein cheese (plus extra for topping)
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 250g dry pasta (lasagna sheets or cannelloni)
Recipe:
Sauté ground beef with onion, add tomato sauce, and simmer 15 minutes. Blend cottage cheese, high-protein cheese, Italian herbs, and garlic powder for Bechamel sauce.
Layer dry pasta, meat sauce, and Bechamel in a baking dish. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, adding grated cheese on top 10 minutes before it’s done.
