Hello everyone, Today I show how to cook Thai basil pork belly stir-fried easily and quickly. Stir-fried Thai basil pork belly tastes salty, sweet and slightly spicy. This recipe is just 15 minutes!
▶ Ingredients :
● 500g Pork Belly (thinly sliced)
● 1 bunch Thai Basil (packed)
● 5 cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
● Red Chilies, to taste (thinly sliced)
● 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
● 1 tsp Sugar
● 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
● 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
● 2 tsp Oyster Sauce
● 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 1-2 people
▶Method:
1. In a wok over medium heat, add the oil, garlic and chilies, stir-fry until fragrant, 30 seconds.
2. Crank up the heat to high, add the pork belly, stir-fry until light brown and a little crisp, 5 minutes.
3. Decrease the heat to low, season with the sugar, fish sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce. stir-fry for 1 minute.
4. Add the basil, stir-fry until the basil is soft. Enjoy your meal!
