Residents have started moving into their new homes at the Hornsey Town Hall complex. Nestled in the heart of the community, the new apartments are part of our wider regeneration of the historic town hall for Far East Consortium.
We embraced many elements from the original 1930s design for the interiors. As interior architect Alice Simmons says, it was important to “create a canvas for the residents to make their apartments feel unique to them,” while referencing the history of the site through materiality, small details, textures and finishes.
