This seriously refreshing drink recipe made with a combination of turmeric, ginger and pineapple is an immune boosting drink which also contains natural vitamins that's heathy for the body. Ingredients:
1 whole pineapple - including the skin
1 large ginger
2 turmeric
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Step1: For this amazing drink, I pealed a whole pineapple and steamed the pineapple skin in a pot along with ginger and turmeric, ensuring to add enough water to cover the whole pot. I steamed them for 30 minutes then allowed it to cool down completely before straining.
Step 2: Blend and juice the main pineapple and be sure to strain it with a fine net.
Combine both steps 1 & 2 together and add 1 tbsp honey (if you prefer) add the juice to a pitcher and refrigerate for a few hours before drinking. This juice is so refreshing and contains natural vitamins which helps to boost your immune system.
