Traders and transporters are counting losses as the latest spat between Uganda and Rwanda continues to affect the movement of goods and people between the two countries. This follows a series of restrictions imposed by the Rwandan government. The traders are now calling on the governments of Rwanda and Uganda to resolve their diplomatic issues amicably so that they can continue business without hinderance.
