Since 2012 I have been observing wildlife via trapcams. One of the frequent visitors in front of the trap cams were tapirs. After some years they started to appear more often near the lodge looking for some fruits from our garden. We decided to give them the extras and left overs. Since 2020 the tapirs started to appear during the day and nighttime. I managed to film them all and made a video compilation were you can see the wild tapirs. They are still wild and go back into the forest after they had their snack, but since they know we don't bother them at all, they keep coming back for more. Video taken with an iPhone, Smartphone and a compact camera in Kabalebo, Suriname.
