Gentle Psoas muscle release using a foam roller. Tightness in the front of the hips (psoas muscle group) is in part due to the many hours we spend sitting in chairs. This video works with the 'reciprocal inhibition' principle through activation of the gluteal muscles and consequent relaxation of the hip flexors (psoas muscle group). After completion of the exercise, lie flat on your back with knees bent in order to relax the low back. Namaste.
