Thanks to Barry James for requesting this. This week's modular build episode looks at a nice high rise plaza using a bunch of unique buildings and park assets to make a pretty, busy and cute center for an area of your downtown!

These smaller quick modular builds will focus on a few cute designs and will help you with designing new areas or upgrading old ones within your current city. All un-modded and console player friendly!
