CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Police have caught another suspect they say kidnapped a baby after holding the mother at gunpoint.
Tyron Phillips was in court Friday morning.
Phillips is one of four people accused of breaking into a Forest Park home in September. During the alleged invasion, police say the suspects attacked the woman who lived there and took her money.
Before leaving, they grabbed her 15-month-old. Police found the baby unharmed after the suspects crashed their car and ran off.
Phillips is locked up on kidnapping and aggravated burglary charges.
