The model F62 has new model F keycaps.The model F77 has Unicomp keys. Each is demonstrated by individual type races on Type Racer.

I much prefer the sound of the new model F key caps on the F62, the Unicomp keys on the F77 are more wobbly and loud taking away a bit from the lovely ping the boards make. The F77 is my daily driver currently, although I do like the way the F62 feels and sounds better, the arrows keys and extra function keys I have set on the numpad area make programming and such much easier.
Please excuse the wonky recording. The sound is being recorded on a blue yeti microphone however so you can hear both keyboards quite well.
