Easy way to get achievement in a few minutes without killing the boss.
un-enraged the boss's breath only does about 15k, enraged it does around 180k

Sit in the back letting all the NPC's die (you will have to pull the mobs off the engineers until the turrets are repaired)

Once all the turrets are repaired, collect as many mobs you think you can handle and allow the engineers to die (if you hang in the back by the stairs, the mobs will aggro onto the engineers)

Once the final engineer is dead or about to die shoot down the boss with the turrets (you can have three prepped and not fire the fourth till you are ready or you can fire all four at once)

The boss will now be enraged, simply hold all the mobs in front of her until she breathes, you will have to take about 25% of their health away and the boss will do the remained 75% with her breath.

Once the engineers are dead the turrets will no longer repair anymore so you will either have to die or shadowmeld, feign, vanish, etc to reset her. Repeat this process till you have the 25 you need.
