Apparantly these folks felt the need to ride and dash, or otherwise stiff this colorful and pissed off cab driver. An argument ensued on 32nd St and almost got physical. At the end you see an Uber car pull up and the driver flashed a police badge. Seems as though NYPD are moonlighting as Uber drivers. Either that or NYPD is now undercover inside Uber... or perhaps both. Theyve been undercover driving yellow cabs forever so I would not be surprised at all if theyre using Uber that way too.
