Easy Chicken Momos at Home Without Steamer. How to make Chicken Momos Recipe by Kitchen With Amna.
Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 1 Cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Water as You Required
Filling Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 250 gms
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Powder/Paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder/Paste 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add plain flour and add salt and mix it well and then add 1 tsp oil and mix it well and now knead it with required water for 5 minutes and then cover it and rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Green Chilli, Salt, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Green Coriander and add 1/2 tsp oil and mix it well. Your Filling is ready.
Step 3: Now go for rolling the dough. First of all make ball of the dough and dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and then rolling the dough and make a large circle and then cut it into small circle and then rolling alone a small circle until it become into very thin and then filling it with chicken mince and then binding it into momos shape (Watch Video for this) make all momos with this method.
Step 4: Now take a Steamer or take a pot and add 2 cups water and put Mesh Stand and cover with lid and boiled it. After that take a Steaming Rack (Holed Stand) and Grease on it with oil and then put all chicken momos on it and then put this stand into pot and cover with lid and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes on high to medium flame. After that Your Chicken Momes is ready.
