This is how I fixed the rattles in MY 2019 Mazda sedan. I used low density foam (yellow, from a chair pad), black medium density foam, and a cut up silicon mat. The positions I placed the foam, as noted in the video, fixed all the rattles in my car.

Sometimes you may need to add a bit of extra foam if the rattle persists.

The rattles are all gone, even at low temperatures (-10 degrees C). I take no responsibility for what you may do to YOUR car; proceed at your own risk!!

You may have a similar experience, using careful progress and checking locations of rattles.

Using the fist bump technique handed down through the generations I was able to recreate the rattles in order to find the parts that were hitting or rubbing. This technique could prove useful on your car as well.
