At least four people were killed and over two dozen injured in violent incidents across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Friday.In Bannu, one person died and 22 were injured when gunfire caused a stampede during a peace rally. The rally, demanding security, turned violent as shots were fired near Bannu cantonment, resulting in casualties. In South Waziristan, a remote-controlled bomb killed two people and injured four, targeting peace committee commander Ainullah Wazir, who escaped unhurt. In Mardan, a grenade attack at the Takht-i-Bahi archaeological site killed a police guard and injured two others. The attackers fled the scene, and a police search operation is underway. The KP government has announced an investigation and compensation for the victims, promising to hold those responsible accountable.
