We butchered 13 cornish cross chickens and 4 muscovy ducks on Saturday 11/18/17. These cones were a little to small for our chickens this year. Average weight was about 13 pounds. A couple ended up being around 18 pounds. A friend of ours came by and thought they were turkeys, they were huge.
